Rollins’ newest on-campus eatery combines all the conveniences of a market with fresh, delectable options for indoor and outdoor dining.

Located in the heart of the Lakeside Neighborhood, the Fox Lodge is an all-new market and eatery combining the charm of your favorite local lunch spot with all the conveniences of an upscale bodega. Like everything in Lakeside, this brand-new space was designed with community and well-being in mind, meaning it’s stocked with everything you need to navigate life on America’s most beautiful campus. Where else can you grab lunch, a latte, a green juice for after yoga, and a spatula to replace the one you forgot to pack when you moved?

To celebrate the grand opening of the Fox Lodge, we’re taking you inside the newest addition to Rollins’ award-winning assortment of the best in college dining.

An Expanded C-Store

The Fox Lodge combines the best of our convenience store—munchies to satisfy any craving, household items, toiletries, gifts, and more—with expanded market offerings like fresh produce, ready-made meals, and specialty items. Think of it as the C-Store 2.0. There’s even a sports nutrition section to help you optimize your workouts at the Lakeside gym.

Items aren’t just limited to edibles. Seasonal offerings like pool floats, flip-flops, and beach towels are stocked alongside year-round household staples like frying pans and measuring cups.

Options Galore

The Fox Lodge offers a wide range of products, from comfort staples to gluten- and allergen-free options for accessible snacking. And you can feel good about shopping here since many of the market’s wares are designated Fair Trade.

The all-new trail mix bar allows diners to mix up endless combinations of salty-sweet-crunchy goodness. Feeling fancy? Hit up the charcuterie station to put together a meat and cheese board that rivals anything you can find on Park Avenue.

Special offerings include a trail mix station, lots of gluten-free and allergen friendly snacks, and a diy charcuterie section. Special offerings include a trail mix station, lots of gluten-free and allergen friendly snacks, and a diy charcuterie section.

Gourmet Grab-and-Go

Who said you have to sacrifice quality if you’re in a hurry? The brand-new grab-and-go station features ready-made Blue & Gold Apron meals like grilled salmon with soba and spicy rigatoni. Fresh salads, sandwiches, and vegan options like zoodles and tabouleh are also put out daily.

But First, Coffee

If you find you need a morning boost or a pick-me-up between classes, look no further. The Fox Lodge features a full-service café offering espresso and drip coffee, tantalizing baked goods, smoothies, and teas. Our favorite? The oat-milk white mocha. It’s just one of dozens of drinks perfect for fueling late-night study sessions or early morning meetings.

The Thrill of the Grill

Another much-anticipated feature of the Fox Lodge is the on-site grill, which serves up delicious fare like fresh fish sandwiches with pineapple salsa, black-rice bento boxes, Mediterranean vegetable quesadillas, and so much more. There’s even a sandwich that’s based on Skillman Dining Hall's famous buffalo chicken entree. Diners can place their orders in person, use the Rollins mobile app to order ahead, or order at the mobile kiosk located in the main market area. Grab a specialty drink from the coolers that line the walls near the grill, or quench your thirst at the Coca-Cola Freestyle machine that offers hundreds of unique drink combos.

Location, Location, Location

One of the best things about the Fox Lodge? The view! Grab a seat at one of the tables located in the Seymour Hall atrium for a little top-tier people watching. Better yet, head outside to the Lakeside patio and pool deck for outdoor dining overlooking Lake Virginia—one of the many year-round perks of living in the Sunshine State.
